A.m. fasting BS 155; weight 177. Breakfast 1 1/2c. Keto coffee plus 1/2 deviled egg. It's hard to estimate macros and cals in other people's food. As near as I can, my intake today was 1526 cals.; 69/13/18 macros/ 37.22 net carbs. Fitbit:6675
177.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
