So close yet!! Today is not going to be the day I break out of the 170s , I’ll fast till the dinner tonight! I was told by the groom there will be lots of low carb choices! Thank god There’s enough ppl in this weeding doing low carb change of lives! 😎👍🏼
170.5 lb Lost so far: 54.5 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
