I knew eating solids again, I would gain some weight - not too bad(.4oz). The steak and salad was definitely worth it. I love steak. This woe was so made for me. I have always loved meat, fat, soups and salads. Never been one to fawn over potatoes, rice, pastas or breads. Now I do miss tortillas but I found some low carb ones so when I get to maintenance that will be my first meal - well that or a nice enchilada - all homemade of course.
184.2 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 59.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
