Pretty sure I’ve found my maintenance level as I’m staying around 137-138. Then again I was at 1200-1400 calories too. Hard to think of 1500-1600 as my maintenance with so much working out and a few days a week at 1900-2000 CO. Thinking next week would be good for that drop back to 1200 for a bit. Only problem is I’m supposed to be gaining strength for my liveSTRONG program and cutting calories would make it harder to work out and get stronger.
137.6 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
