so i decided not to go to gym yesterday because i wasnt feeling well..and i ate 8 Zinger wings then got into bed BUT i still lost 1.7kg ??? hows that possible...this weight thing is so unpredictable.😲😲😲
172.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Same way you don't lose weight after 1 healthy day of efforts, it's obviously what you've done in past 6days that made the difference

8 Zinger wings. Low calorie and protein. Its a win win. Sounds like you had the "whoosh" as poster above describes when you have had a run of good days. Enjoy!!
