Again I think this is a fluke. I can’t imagine losing 0.6# in 24 hours.
136.8 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe water weight?

I have no idea lol. The whole water weight thing is confusing to me as I haven’t researched it yet. I did weight training Tuesday so had more water and tea but was ill last weekend so it was a struggle to keep up with fluids then. I need to look for a trend to see if I always do that the day after weight training ;). I trained again today on my own without my trainer and group so tomorrow probably won’t be as reliable as I didn’t work all muscles like usual and did 3x5 rather than 3x8-12 like my trainer has us do. Also did 5-15# higher.
