Scales showed an upward..good Wednesday morning..so at 530am..headed out the door for a short 25 min walk...I’m outta shape..2 months of watching everyone else while I was healing..this summer has caught up with me...

Yesterday kid that was suppose to show up to cut grass..didn’t..I waited 30 minutes...and out the door I went with arm in sling and cut grass..felt great to be out on rider even if it was hot an humid..55 min later after I got back in house..his dad sends me a text...dad forgot to tell son he was supposed to come and cut grass...but son was on way over..I texted...it’s cut..dadtexted back..ok...felt great all day yesterday and this morning...maybe doing yard was what I needed..to feel alive again..

Therapy at 2 pm today..plan is to have another great workout..with therapist..I don’t really connect with.. but figured that out...we don’t have any report..not spelled right..we don’t connect...

Well breakfast is over..tea is gone...what else can I find to accomplish..

Some times my daughter says the same to me "Mom I don't think we can connect in this" but she smiles and we can live with "it". Respect that's all. Have a nice day my friend. When do you learn about patience? Leave that kid time to do the job (lol) Take care Mike :-)

The older I get..the less patience I have...sometimes Its easier to do it myself...

It sounds to me like it’s time to start mixing a little of your old life into your new life. I believe that the healing process is as much mental as it is physical. It’s just about not over doing it. Please know that i’m cheering you on!

I'm almost to the point of trying therapy without the oxycodone....but at some time...that not knowing ....the ibuprofen gets me relaxed enough...depending on the therapist...
