Goood Tuesday morn...great therapy session yesterday...but by 500pm..could feel shoulder stiffening up...ice helped some..woke at 230am..could no longer get comfy in bed..came in got in recliner...listened to self hypnosis on dropping weight...woke back up at 430am...guess I got relaxed...

Plan today..not sure yet..only in upper 80s..an humid...probably another inside day...want to soak up some sun...but just to humid for me...

Well breakfast is gone...devoured it like I was starving...lol

Got tired of waiting on kid to show up to cut grass..so I one armed the rider to get Er done...warm out there today
