9 st 10.3 lbs Fat 23.7% No WW. Half a pound for a week's hol is pretty good going for me, with drinking and pub dinners! By which I mean unheard of! Altho it has to be said that I worked hard on 82 locks and about a dozen swing bridges, altho tragically it hasn't cured my bingo wings 😩 Anyway, the trick now is to get back on it...
