Here we YO again. Drinks last night? Not swimming because the storms come in when I have time? Stress from the 4th (hate it). Stress about my Mom coming?
Or maybe, just maybe my body is being a pain in my ass.

Oh well, no quitting now!!!

Fast until dinner, I have some strip steaks defrosting.

ah everyone deserves a little break. that little blurb on the scale will be gone in no time. Heck I had one this morning too .6 and I did not do anything to cause it this time. LOL!
