Hi everyone, it’s been a minute since I posted. I pinched a nerve real bad in my shoulder about 3 weeks ago and have been almost unable to move. It is starting to feel better and I am actually able to move it more and more everyday. The fact that I have not been to the gym in 3 weeks and have maintained my healthy eating habits I only gained 1 pound. Hurray for me. I will be going back to the gym starting this week and hopefully the pounds will start falling off again. Hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy. Hope everyone has a very Happy 4th of July 💥🎆🎇💥
317.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hope you get relief soon. I’ve been dealing with shoulder injury since June 9th and it left me sedentary for 2 weeks until I said no more to muscle relaxers. Now I’m able to run but no weight lifting etc until cleared fully. You’re gonna feel amazing once you’re back at gym!!!! And it’s all about the positive attitude!!!

Aches and pains suck. My knee has bothered me all week and it didn't help that I was on my feet most of yesterday. The only thing preventing me from going out and getting a bunch of junky comfort food is the fact that it hurts to walk, LOL! Silver linings, right? I actually brought a bunch of healthy food to eat here at work, but in my current mental state I would like to eat it all at once.
