Hang in there @crashtest! If your body is like mine, she thinks she’s protecting you by holding on to the weight....but eventually she’ll break and let it go. Be patient, I know that’s easier said than done. ❤️

I went through this a few days ago, it is just water if you have been following your diet plan it will leave just as mysteriously. I had 3 pounds of retained liquids. this too shall pass.

We understand! But, stay strong. Your consistent progress over such a long period of time is amazing! You know in your heart that this pause by your body is normal.

Hahaha... I was up four ounces this morning too and was like, "%$#&%$". Then I went to the bathroom... Nine ounces down!!! Wishing you a happy trip to the toilet, my friend.

Not too much, maybe just fluid retention or you need to go to bathroom.

Thanks guys I appreciate all your support. I’m still 40# from a normal BMI and with all my diligence and hard work I only lost POint 8# all week long and miniscule amounts lost through measuring I’m thinking I need to try one of those carb up day I keep hearing about
