Just 8 lbs left to go :-)
155.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week

Wow I saw your pics very good results. How many calories are you eating every day?

Hi LalaAr - On average I eat about 1435 cals/day. This is based on the fact that I'm 5'2 and 44 years of age, post menopausal, and work out 4-5 days a week with at least 3 of those workouts elevating my heart rate. However - I zig zag the cals so I can fit in high cal days because it's good for the metabolism and keeps me from feeling deprived. So, right now this weeks cals run like this; Monday = 1439, Tuesday = 1583, Wednesday = 1439, Thursday = 1727, Friday = 1240, Saturday = 1295, Sunday = 1439. But, these numbers go down a few cals a bit every time I lose a pound, because the body burns less as we take off weight, so I recalculate every week I lose. I've been at this 17 going on 18 months now, so I average about 3 lbs/month. And, I take week long maintenance breaks every 10 weeks. My WOE - is called "losing with maintenance in mind".
