Had to hop on the scale 3 times because I couldn't believe my eyes! New low for this July weigh-in! Down 5.2 pounds for the month of June!!! #ontopoftheworld
224.2 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
