I’m completely empty :D lol And look at my line!!! It’s freakin YELLOW!!!!! I’m losing so much slower than I need. There’s no way I’m going to reach my goal weight in time for my trip but I’m going to get as fit as I can before the end of July! I was hoping for 150 but I’ve got to remind myself that If I can Backpack in the Rockies at 185# with a foot injury I can surely handle 4K elevation in NC at my current weight.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
