This 1 pound weight loss came as a very pleasant surprise since I exceeded my calories intake every day - berry season to blame! After a visit to a nearby farm last weekend, I eat a lot of strawberries, olallieberries, and sweet cherries daily. Decided not to freeze them this time so on a mission to eat them all while they last :)
