Jun 20: 83.10kg, Fat 25.7%, Muscle 58.55kg
Jun 21: 82.55kg, Fat 25.6%, Muscle 58.20kg
Results: Weight loss, Fat loss, Muscle loss

Ate more protein yesterday as a test. Surprised by the numbers. Hmm...
Update: Had a bit of Durian after breakfast, plus Tuna in water. Maybe the Durian had dehydration effects.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 101.7 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
