The longer I go keto the better I understand my body. I've eaten more calories the past few days and lost versus cutting them. I didn't go to the gym last night I was on-call for work but still lost. Guess my body is fickle. I'm just so happy about this! Also I have said bug-bye to drama. I am the type of person that is always there and always says yes. I get taken for granted and I'm done!
261.6 lb Lost so far: 38.4 lb.    Still to go: 81.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
