@ adefwebserver I am hanging in there. We celebrated Father's Day today by grilling burgers and I did eat a brownie. I'm loving watermelon more than ever and right now, coffee tastes bad to me and I have always loved black coffee. I've been on the net looking for an exercise to reduce and firm my upper arms. Do you know something that works?

Only ONE brownie? :) Watermelon is GREAT, go crazy wit it. It literally is mostly water. I am breaking my fast next week for Father's Day. Gotta live life. My parents wont be around forever... As far as the workout, I lift weights to build bulk so lifting 45 pound dumbbells are not what you're looking for :) You will want to consult someone who knows what they are doing :)

Yep, I may have eaten two brownies but there was only one left. I set them out to cool but they were consumed while warm. I prefer my brownies cool.
