I'm still trying to get back to my regular routine. I'm not going to make it to the gym this week. The plan is to try to get in a workout early next week, My body joints have enjoyed the rest. I ate under goal but did not meet all activity goals...
155.1 lb Lost so far: 29.9 lb.    Still to go: 0.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
