good Saturday morning...ive been meditating more..and feeling more in sync with myself and what's going on around me..my macular degeneration...has been getting worse for some time...my blazer was being driven less..

I had needed someone to fix kitchen sink..i called my friend mike ...who happens to be a preacher..and has been trying to get me to church for 2 years or longer...he has phone numbers of people that can fix or do almost anything...he texted me a guys name and number...i called him and he showed up in 30 mins....turned out last plumber had put pipes in backwards for water to flow thru them right...causing them to backup...he also got under house...found that pipes under house were almost blocked from years of use...40 years at least...he fixed that...total cost.... for parts...30 dollars...oh and he fixed air conditioner vent unet house that had come loose for free...total cost for his time 100 dollars for about 7 hours...

when I told him about my eyes ...he had told me he was having truck problems..i let him drive blazer to get parts...yesterday when he made offer on blazer ...i knew it was time to let go of the blazer...was like I was in sync with what was all happening...

knowing that every things works out for a reason..and yes...richard my new fix it guy has more to fix at my house...as well as any of my friends that need help....

Just had to share how things happened yesterday....

not sure what today holds yet...just meditated..green tea is waiting on me..i do see nap time in my future...not a good nite for sleeping...shoulee hurt a lot last night..kept me up and awake..even oxycodone wasn't woeking...

well...my mind is cleared from thoughts...have a great day everyone...i typed it all out on phone today...just to keep it readable for a change...lol
273.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
