Alhamdulillah 2 bulan turun 11kg👧 . Tapi masih 68kg target masih 55kg 😂. Kapok deh naik berat badan gak kira kira , turun nya itu lohhhh perjuangan bngt 😌
149.9 lb Lost so far: 24.3 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
