It’s harvest and hubby wanted pizza last night. Ended up eating it at 9:30 :/. I think this increase is because I’m eating my maintenance calories and the carbs/fats from the pizza. As long as I don’t top 144 I’ll stick with it.
Last night I felt lightheaded and dizzy after eating. I get blurred vision when on devices or reading a lot. I got that too from just an hour of reading. It’s happening again within minutes of picking up the phone to type this. I realized just now that I haven’t eaten in over 18 hours lol. So now I’m having a salad and threw in a left over piece of pizza. Have two more but even though I’m eating ‘junk’ I’m trying to limit the amount. Normally I’d have 5-6 pieces, last night I had 3(had to mark it down as 4 based on weight/calories) and now having one. A snack would’ve been 2-3 this time last year.
Here’s to seeing a loss or stable weight on Monday! And less eye strain lol. (Who knew cleaning the kitchen and doing dishes could cause eye strain?!?)
