Still holding steady, Finding it more difficult to stay under, Went off some meds so that might also relate to strange eating habits, Still trying for one meal a day, most days, no weight drop, but no weight gain, and I'm DO N OK
198.0 lb Lost so far: 229.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
