Yesterday I ate under goal and met all activity goals. My friends who struggle, be willing to encourage yourself. Don't depend on others to pat you on the back. Some will envy your efforts and progress but be of good cheer and encourage them...
155.4 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
