I upped my water intake yesterday and spent yesterday afternoon from about 1:30 on going to the bathroom every half hour. On the plus side, I got some steps in! I hope my body adjusts soon, because it's awkward to constantly be going to the bathroom at work.
168.1 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
