I didn't weight yesterday because I felt I was carrying a lot of water (due to my carbs going over 50 because of a cup of hot chocolate the night before). A five mile run the next day fixed that :)
188.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
