Verrrrry stressed today. I’m nervous to even begin to eat because I’m afraid I will make horrible choices. Plus, I was up 2 pounds this morning because of too much snacking last night. Thinking today I may fast for the majority of the day, which is almost over since it’s already 2:30 PM. Just frustrated with my professional life at this time, coming to a head, and some family issues are getting heavy also. Trying to think what kind of food would be kind to eat. I want to be good to myself.

I ended up running all of my errands and waiting for my husband to come home and we ate supper together. It was a really enjoyable experience actually, we laughed a lot and enjoyed the flavors of our low-carb lettuce and chicken wraps. I even got my favorite fajita sauce to go with it, so I was extra happy. I guess I did a OMAD, And I feel great about being 600 cal under as yesterday I was about that same amount over. Just sugar-free drinks for me for the evening. Hope everybody’s having a great night
