Well, considering my week, staying the same is a win. i have kinda run off the rails. i have been really tired and sore and grumpy and lacking in motivation. I told myself i could have yesterday off. Trying to reset today. I see some others here are in a similar situation. Going to try to set the tone for a better week!

I just tried on the bathing suits i ordered. They will look better when i lose another 10# or so, but i was able to get them on and they cover everything. They look surprisingly not bad and i am rocking the older lady skirt suit look!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
