10st 7.5lbs Fat 26% (half of at WW Thurs and back in free zone so should get some refund from them for what I've paid up front for, but I will carry on with the app at least for the next few months as that seems to be really helping) I tried to accept a SS would be good result after weekend away, but you can't help hoping for a loss, then I got half off...and then you can't help wishing it'd been a whole one! I'm just never satisfied 😉 So today's 1.5 was very pleasing. I have walked a lot this week and it's not so much that the exercise is doing all the work, but all the time I'm out walking I'm not at home snacking!! It's been a while since I've had losses every week so I'm really chuffed that it seems to be doing the trick. Even if I am starting to *look* like a carton of plain Skyr!
147.5 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
