Still under GOAL, That is my plan, So I can indulge in extra carbs once in a while..Trying to do OMAD a few days a week, seems to work, Going in for a Ouchy surgery Friday, so will not be going to Gym for a week, YIKES, And my life is GRAND, and I'm DO N OK !! Great Greetings to you all...
195.0 lb Lost so far: 232.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

ok, I have to ask. What does OMAD stand for? I'm still new to some of this lingo, lol.

It stands for One Meal A Day... just another form of IF. 23/1 if you will.

LSG417 OMAD; ONE MEAL A DAY , you have all your calories in that meal, I prefer have it at dinner, YOU have the benefits of Intermittent Fasting plus you have the joy of having a huge meal, I love that.

I have read it is best to have that meal in the late afternoon, but we’re all different. It is also recommended that it be ‘reasonably substantial’, not HUGE.
