5 days post op. 1.2 lb to my mini goal.
145.2 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you! I overdid it a bit just by leaning over rubs and sorting them for an hour. I swelled up more but it went down overnight so alls we’ll again. It has to get finished so I’ll be doing it in 15-30 minute shifts now. Finding I’m starving lately so using my organizing as a way to keep busy and not snack ;)
