Well, i got kinda lax and really snacked my way through the week (craving salty everything). I am sure i am retaining water so i will definitely take this. Vowing to plan better and get in more protein and veggies this week. Also water. Need to get groceries. Going to tj's and target today to do a major shop. that will help get week started off right.

I have been so tired and sore from working out that i have been relying on my roommate's generosity in walking my dog. (Luckily he loves her. Well more accurately luckily she is so adorable she has him under her spell.) Does anyone else get completely exhausted from working out? It is a real adjustment for me.

I feel like i finally am having more energy and the weather is finally nice. So i am going to start adding walking back in. I have been burning calories but not hitting my steps a lot of days.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have gotten very tired and my only exercise is getting 8,000 or more steps in a day. Thank you for the inspiration.

I feel dog-tired after work but I still work to make a living. I feel worn out after workouts but I still exercise because I want to be lean. I hope you can continue exercising and step closer to your goal but I also think that you can gradually increase your exercise so that you wouldn't feel exhausted and drained.
