Progress has slowed down heaps now
180.3 lb Lost so far: 26.9 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Same for me. I have been strictly keto since March and resultschave been great until a couple of weeks ago and I am stuck. I carbed up slightly yesterday and popped out if Keto, but am back in very lightly this morning. Will try to reduce fat intake some and see what happens. Not sure if my body is starving or I am just eating enough cals exactly for maintenance. But already only eat meals a day a nd a coffee with MCT and cream.
