Woke up to -17 deg F this morning...very unusually cold for us this time of year...some years we are golfing right now. Thinking of warmer weather helps, here is a bike ride from last October in Kailua Kona, 86 deg that day. Posting this for a biking buddy...you know who you are :-) Route: Start about 1 mile south of town center (and World Ironman Start) then 10 miles south on Alii Drive, then return. Note; elevation and heartrate graph last few miles cut off. 147 avg, 177 max heart rate over 1:23 and 20.06 miles, 1293 feet climbed. Bike was a Specialized hybrid, about 26 pounds.

Impressive ride Steven! We don't have too many hills here in South Florida. Impressive fitness tracker too. What kind is it? I think I may need to splurge on one of those. I have not yet because I heard many have reliability problems. Happy Easter! Keep warm; 79 in FLA today.

Happy Easter Bill, hope your day went well!!
