38..FEEL LIKE...32..gooood monday morning..id like to think ive figured out what was slowing my loss down on the scales..but my body is smarter then me and my thoughts..i have added more protein an more carbs into my food intake..cant say that might be the answer to it all..but have been showing a loss every since i upped my intake..even on days i dont do a zwift ride/workout im showing a loss on scales..im just along for whatever happens..il take it while it coming off..an enjoy the happy scales while it lasts...

just gonna keep doing what im doing...seems to be working at the moment..not change nothing..enjoy the losses while they last..

today is walmart day..got list made out...just have to read it..several items i had on it..decided i could live without this week..mostly meat and chesse..
be an expensive trip ..but ive cut my trips to walmart down to 2x a month instead of every week..not sure im saving money ...

well..feeling like im in a daze..mind feels like its running on fumes..time to eat breakfast an then withing 30-40 minutes have salad an then back into fasting mode..seems to work for me..

Good Morning Wannab, like l've been trying to tell people,eat atleast 250cals of good carbs a day to lose weight.My track record shows a continuous monthly solid weight loss with no yo yo's..Feed the Body to lose the weight.
