330am..25..feels like 17..goood tuesday morning..shhhh...we gotta be berry quiet..so bpatty can get her winks in..so she can get her beauty sleep..dont wanna be blamed for makin any loud noises..3-4 states away...lol

woke up tired..slept great first 5 hours..but then after that..just never could return to sleepyville...but im up an waking up..eyes are open..got coffee ready..just gonna get quick journal started before i head off to zwift..an get my morning ride/workout in..didnt go walking outside yesterday...one of them should have..but didnt..does make a difference on steps..only 2275 yesterday..gonna have to pick it up some today to get more in..also trying to get half of my 80 miles in today or close..then hoping the temps warm up enough today, wed, and thursday..get morning rides on zwift and then get a few miles outside in warmer temps..then friday back to 30 degree weather..once again..

its nice that the warmer temps are getting here..but not so nice when the colder temps return..yes i kno..its only feb...having lived in calif, texas and ending up in illinois..i think living in calif and texas spoiled me..just have the cold weather..but cant afford to live where its nice most of year..so just gotta put up with it being cold part of the year..

well enough babblin for now..time to get up an moving once again..take my caffeine tabs..get changed into riding gear..drink my coffee/protein raw egg mix..an get on an ride..ride..ride..

Good morning Mike ..I get you 100%.. would love to have the tropical weather all the time so that I can be outside...oh well... yep I'm not going to get in trouble with Patty either keeping quiet myself lol aAlthough its not the same until she makes her presence imo.. she is part of the heartbeat of FS ...as you Mike ... both huge inspirations to me...have a productive and fun day...coffee is calling me too and well work.. I'm here so I need to get busy;)
