i think i am doing really good. I am walking everyday with the kids in the morning and walking everynight with my hubby and the kids. This is a great thing for us. we both have lots of weight to drop.
251.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 87.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good luck Dodgersgirl. Thanks for adding me as a buddy. I'm still trying to figure this site out. Dieting is one of the hardest things I've ever done. W/O any success. After failing with lap-band I finally think my mind has figured out that it has to be a permanent change. I really pray i can keep this attitude up. I'm taking it one meal at a time. I am married to a wonderful man going on 26 years. We have 2 kids & 2 grandchildren & want to be around for them. I bought a wagon to start taking the babies for walks as soon as the weather gets nicer. Nice talking to you. THEMOM
