REGROUPING AN RESETTING THE FOOD MENU..goood monday mornin..felt bad most of yesterday after i went to walmart..sinuses..need i say more..didnt ride yesterday..didnt do much of anything..just took a day off an rested an started on echinacea just in case it wasnt allergies..woke up this morning thinking..o crap...but longer i was up better i felt..

went into fs menu this morning an cut the carbs an sugar intake..get it back down to better numbers for me..some times its all about looking back an seeing what was working..when it was working...an readjusting things up..

did 3...yes 3 zwift rides today..all kinds of energy for a change..im sure getting the carbs outta my system had something to do with more energy ...as i always ride when im on the last of my 20 hour fasting..im amazed at how much energy i had this morning...

first ride..warmup ride on zwift..volcano ride

6.6 miles...24 min

second ride...workout ride..volcano ride
10.3 miles...38.51 min

third ride..still had energy..volcano ride
8.1 miles..31.46 min

688 in calories...

4371 miles this year...4500 by end of year...RIDE ON...
