OFTEN WONDER..goood friday morning..i often wonder now that im retired how i got so much stuff done thru the day when i worked an still had errands to do..an not be tired till closer to the end of the day...or how i was able to get out in so so cold weather an head off to work..its 18 with a wind chill of 10 above this morning..and i have no desire to even think of getting out until april..lucky today..got gas yesterday for vechile..was thinking ahead..lucky me..so a day inside to watch the sun tease me into thinking its a nice warm day outside..sun teased me yesterday..an it was down right cold with the wind chill...but had errands to run...NOT TODAY..

took day off today from zwift an my morning riding..as always my mind says o come on..get on trainer an get your morning ride in..body says..let me think about it..i could of rode today ..not as tired as i thought i would be ..but taking today off..an will get ride in tomow morning..might even do a hill just for heck of it..since i took today off to rest..

watched ironman trials yesterday on tv..nothing i would want to train for..but it was interesting watching what they go thru...2.6 mile swim i think it said..then 112 mile bicycle ride..then 26 mile run to the finish line..just to place in your age group..an you have to place withing the top 3 or so to get a chance to be in finals..swim would kill me i cant swim...bike ride..would kill me..id be pushing up the hills..run would kill me as the flab around my belt line with flap me to death..not that much anymore..but can still pinch a half inch or so..

well..just finished my scrambled eggs an morning coffee..need to get salad set up for my next meal about 10am or so..then back into fasting mode once again..been keeping curtains pulled in front room..i watch people wiz by when i have them open..but with colder days..been keeping them closed...makes house warmer..makes darker living room an more lazy and sleepy more..

WELL HAVE A GREATTTTTTTTTTTTTTT FRIDAY...KEEP WARM...
