LOOSINISFUN.. USE TO BE MY NICK..goood monday morning..i got ahold of fs an was able to access an old username from years ago when i first started fat secret..i was doing a different way of eaating..an was also still eating lots of processed foods..an learning along the way..i wanted access to the account so that i could read past journals..always interesting to read past journals from several years ago..if your interested you can access it by looking thru my list of members..

just finished my morning workout...you notice i didnt say ride..as it was a ride but decided since i took yesterday off today would be great day to do my ftp workout on zwift...FTP stands for Functional Threshold Power and represents the most watts you can expect to average over an hour. In Zwift, your FTP is used to determine the difficulty of any workouts you do; the higher your FTP, the higher the wattage targets you're going to see during an interval...just incase anyone missed the definition last time i used it..well it is a workout for sure..today was day 2 of 5 days..10-12 weeks..if i last that long..50 minutes of zwift telling you to ride at x amount of power..an if you dont ride at that set power..you have to do that part of it over..yes i had to do a couple over..short interval training..but figured it would be a good time to train with winter coming on..an i wanted a different workout at lest once per week..makes me look forward to just being able to get on zwift an ride the routes now..lol...

well...need to get breakfast in me..get salad set up..im showing .4 up on scales today..but not really to worried about it..adjustments to the loss it showed yesterday an taking a day off..means not as many calories burned thru the day..so just a bump in the road today..todays a new day with new focus...
