JUST SWEATING MY WAY OFF ZWIFT..goood saturday morning..decided i was getting bored just riding the routes..been using zwift for inside training on my bicycle since jan..decided this morning to start doing a weekly ftp..you ask what is ftp..FTP stands for Functional Threshold Power and represents the most watts you can expect to average over an hour. In Zwift, your FTP is used to determine the difficulty of any workouts you do; the higher your FTP, the higher the wattage targets you're going to see during an interval..thinking its time to try to increase my workouts with winter coming..the drawback to it all...less miles put in thru a workout..but more sweat put out thru the ride..so a win win i guess...

weather man says...the higher temps are due to fall wednesday..down to 77 thru day time an 55 at night..will be a welcome to see cooler days for sure..these 100 plus with heat index..getting old real quick...air in house doesnt seem to be keeping house cool..till you walk outside an come back in..then it feels good...lol..

was gonna donate blood yesterday..read somewhere that it was good for your body..along with being a good thing to do for other people as well...but my ride ...i think forgot an when i reminded him...well...il do it in october...will be set up about a block away...hoping they can find a vein..as i have little veins..best place to find them is on my hands..trying to hit them in my arm is like playing lottery...goood luck...

well..im thinking its time to get up again..finish my 20 hour fast..get breakfast in me..an get my salad made for later..get all prepped up once again..today is saturday..prep day...but dont really need to prep anything...need to make up walmart list for in the morning..just little things today..gotta cut grass before 10...cause gonna be another hot one today...
