WHO WOULD OF THUNK..goood wednesday morning..who would of thunk that increasing calories would cause a release of weight on the scales..very hard for me to grasp my mind around that..totally the opposite of what you would expect..didnt ride yesterday..an probably taking off today..sinuses are messing with me once again..had a sinus headache through out the nite..

tried something different yesterday..took chicken breasts..egg wash..almond flour..and blended up pork rinds in a blender to get into crumb covering..put in oven on 350 for 30 min on one side..flip it over for the other side..or cut off a piece an see if its done..even saved all the crumbs that fell off to eat along with the chicken...mmmmm goood...

still listening to obesity code..and although alot of it is relearning what i already learned..its still great to reinforce it..

probably gonna be a lazy day again..since i enjoy getting a morning ride inside or outside..i miss that morning rush an it makes the day seem so long..didnt have any trouble falling asleep yesterday from no peddling..just woke up with sinus headache from time to time..did manage to sleep in some this morning..

well gonna get some steps into the kitchen...get the coffee pot going..get this day started..already seen someone ride by on a bicycle..could see their headlight go by on the street..

HAVE A GREATTTTTTTTTTTT ONE..

Did you recently lower carb percentage? You will lose water weight if so. Fluctuations of water weight can make it difficult to know whether you're on the right track or not. I fluctuate so much as my diet is almost never the same day by day that I usually go by the mirror.

Most days my calorie intake is 1600 or lower...as I know what you eat you have to burn...so I know eating higher calories is a short term...if weight goes up...calories will come down once again..i can get by on 1200 calories and still do morning rides an not be making a path to the kitchen...these few days is to shock my system...

I think more food helps "push down" (&thus, out) weight. (Subtle poop reference.) In my experience with on and off phases of weight loss and gain, when I'm on a diet, if there's a day I eat more than usual, the results usually look pretty good the next day after I do my business. Some even say it contributes to a speedy metabolism to eat more every now and then while on any diet.
