MEASURING BODY FAT...goood friday morning..rain is moving in as i type..decided instead of getting wet this morning i would stay home an get on kinetic/road bike an do an indoor ride today...dont really wanna do an indoor ride...just enjoy that morning ride..in the outside weather...

took my numbers on the scales today...an this is difference since march

i started taking numbers on 3/17..
287.6 weight
58.7 body fat
39.1 on bmi...

not sure of the date...guessing may of 2017
this morning it was 285.8...weight
body fat was 57.7
dont pay attention to hydration..30.8 on hydration this morning..
bmi was 38.7

8/10/17
281.6 weight
45.2 body fat
38.2 bmi


scales is showing my weight up alot since i last recorded it..but i no longer worry about what the scales say...with the riding an the miles i put in..i know im eating better an the clothes tell more about the weight then the scales do as far as my weight goes...still alot of body fat to work on...but instead of it being pinch an inch..its more like pinch a half inch...lol..

well..getting daylight..in one of them...i wanna ride..but hate getting wet modes...so guess..il get ready in a few an set up laptop next to flat screen in fitness room an do a zwift ride...im thinking its the volcano course..which seems to me like one of the best ones...mabye sooner or later they will add more courses..but for me now since my legs are getting stronger...riding uphill on alot of what they have..is both a challenge an at teh same time a feeling of accomplishing another ride...

HAVE A GREATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT FRIDAY...AN YES I DID GET THE GRASS CUT BEFORE THE RAIN...LOL..

Sometimes those home scales really overestimate bodyfat % - I would not be surprised if someone used a caliper on you that your bodyfat would be lower. Just a thought!

Keep in mind muscle weighs more than fat. So getting in shape is huge!
