ATE LIKE A HEALTHY PIG YESTERDAY..goood thursday morning...well except for the 2 hotdogs..seems like when im tired..then i let my guard down..an food just seems to jump in my hands...as the day got longer yesterday..i got more tired..after my morning ride...i was gonna cut grass when i recovered from getting my body fueled up..but that just never happened..i got my body fueled..but grass never got cut..and as day passed on..just couldnt seem to get full..im sure my body burns calories off better now then it has in a long time..but yesterday i guess was my clean cheat day...todays a new day...

decided to give my body a day off..well..my mind said lets just do 20 miles today..but as the time kept ticking away this morning once i set down in recliner...body said...goood luck on that thought..i did get up outta recliner to fix breakfast..but im thinking a ride probably not gonna happen today..a walk did cross my mind..but here i sit..lol..

todays plan cut the grass...weather man..says rain tonight an again tomow..but i no longer put alot into what he says until its hitting the ground..so just gonna plan on riding tomow...all extra miles now...as i already have this weeks miles in..and my little chart on strava that keeps track of my pace...says im 244 miles ahead of pace for what im shooting for...but would like to rack up more..actually instead of just doing the 4000 by end of the year..im thinking might be over that...but just have to take it a mile at a time..even thought about using the kinetic trainer i have today..just to do a different workout..but just have to wait an see how the day goes..lol

WELL BREAKFAST AN COFFEE/PROTEIN ARE GONE..SO TIME TO GET UP AN SET UP SALAD FOR LATER TODAY...SUN IS STARTING TO GET HIGHER IN THE SKY..

My salads consists of....lettuce,jalapenos,1 egg sliced,chicken pieces, mustard,salad dressing, onion flakes, paprika, ginger, and any thing else....some times riced cauliflower...

Healthy pig, ya that's me lately. My salad consists of bacon, pork belly, prosciutto, and pig brains on a bed of avocado. Or something like that.

however halbaneros or however you spell em...was just to hot for me...i like to spice up my salads...that way got all afternoon to burn off any calories i had before lunch time that i didnt burn off from my ride...

I got bored..nothing on tv...mind an body were together on a ride...yeap..90 outside..blue sky...and 16.1 miles later I was happy I went...hot or not...just what I needed....
