Well .. here we go! I'm going to start adding healthy calories over the next couple of weeks .. from somewhere around 800/day (which, I know, was rather Draconian for me to begin with since my BMR is around 1600), but I am impatient and somewhat obsessive by nature and wanted to make observable progress relatively quickly) to somewhere around 1200 and hopefully still losing fat, but at a slower pace. I'm nervous about it! The obsessive part of my brain says "keep doing exactly what you are doing until you reach your final goal," but the rational part says "transition gradually to a maintenance mode because it will be much easier on your body and you will get a much better idea of what your daily allowance should be." Sigh.
