Finishing up day 3 on Lee Labrada's plan. Enjoyed 3 home-cooked healthy meals, drank a lot of water and had a nice cardio-only workout--35 minutes of interval training on the elliptical.
Feeling really good, though my arms and chest are super sore from my last 2 days of weight training. :-) Guess that's a good sign.
