So my night out to see Iron Maiden seemed to get the scales moving. Maybe the opening group Ghost scared them (lol). Accounting Month End tomorrow, I hope to keep the scales moving in the right direction!
253.5 lb Lost so far: 43.5 lb.    Still to go: 88.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
