Well slept a little later this Sunday AM up at 8:30am. I weighed in at 359.9 and I weigh in every morning and record it here on my fat secret or at least am trying to do that. I only record once a week on WW. Watched the pro games yesterday and last night and managed to not eat myself out of house and home. I had one slice of Pizza, chips and dip then cookies later. Not very healthy but I've been hanging with the program pretty well lately. Had a short breakfast this am only a Millville fruit Bar and a cup of skim milk but that knocked the edge off till I got home. DW had grilled chicken breast steamed asparagus, carrots, corn and potatoes. I put 4 oz of chicken on my plate but only ate 2.5 oz, of which satisfied me. I loaded up on veggies so that's why. I have had so much better success eating the veggies and cutting way back on the fat protein. So watching a little football this afternoon and thinking about getting into the popcorn. Think I will but only 3 cups hot air popped. No butter and maybe a little salt.
