Ugh... been sick all day again. Floor spinning, dizzyness. No, NOT hung over.

I slept all day (it's 5:30 PM now).

I'll journal tomorrow. Just wanted to weigh in.

184.3 lb Lost so far: 157.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
